About the Property
Rockhouse Suites is a pair of newly renovated suites in downtown Healdsburg, steps from the Plaza. They are the newest addition to the Wilson family's Artisan Lodges, alongside the Grape Leaf, Camellia and Calderwood inns, and the family's wineries include Rockpile Vineyards.
The Cloud Suite has a California king four-poster bed, a fireplace, a sitting room, a kitchenette, a deep soaking tub and an outdoor patio, with artwork by Wade Hoefer. The Garden Suite opens onto a private courtyard with a fire pit, roses and wisteria, and adds a fireplace, kitchenette and an accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower.
It is also an easy place to start a wine tour. VML Winery is next door on Mill Street, Rockpile, Siduri and LIOCO pour a short walk away, and MacRostie Winery is about 10 minutes out on Westside Road. We are based in Calistoga, in neighboring Napa Valley.
Getting Here From the Airport
Sonoma County Airport (STS): about 10 miles, 15 minutes. The closest airport to Rockhouse Suites, and the easiest arrival: a small airport in Santa Rosa with no Bay Area traffic on the drive. Direct flights come in from Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas and more.
Oakland (OAK): about 82 miles, 1 hour 55 minutes. Often a quieter airport than SFO.
San Francisco International (SFO): about 82 miles, 2 hours, and longer at busy times. The most flights, with a drive across the Bay Area.
Sacramento (SMF): about 115 miles, 2 hours 35 minutes. Skips Bay Area traffic entirely, though it is the longest drive of the four.

About 5 minutes away. Single-vineyard wines from sites across Northern California, hosted outdoors at the winery in Healdsburg. The tasting is $45. By appointment only, for 1 to 6 guests.

About 15 minutes away. Estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from a family farming Westside Road since the 1930s. The Estate Flight is $25. By appointment Monday to Saturday, with a 2:30 p.m. seating; closed Sunday.
