About the Property

Duchamp Healdsburg is an adults-only hotel on Foss Street that first opened in 2000 and reopened on April 13, 2026 after a full rebuild, growing from 6 to 20 suites. The residential-style suites are in four buildings around a pool courtyard, and every one has a private entrance and a patio or balcony.

There is a 50-foot pool, a boutique spa and an outdoor fire pit, and a welcome drink is served at check-in. The staff help with winery reservations and e-bike and kayak tours. It is adults only and pet free.

It is also an easy place to start a wine tour. Rockpile Vineyards, Hirsch Vineyards and Stonestreet Estate Vineyards are all within about 10 minutes. We are based in Calistoga, in neighboring Napa Valley.

Getting Here From the Airport

Sonoma County Airport (STS): about 10 miles, 20 minutes. The closest airport to Duchamp Healdsburg, and the easiest arrival: a small airport in Santa Rosa with no Bay Area traffic on the drive. Direct flights come in from Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas and more.

Oakland (OAK): about 82 miles, 1 hour 45 minutes. Often a quieter airport than SFO.

San Francisco International (SFO): about 83 miles, 1 hour 50 minutes, and longer at busy times. The most flights, with a drive across the Bay Area.

Sacramento (SMF): about 114 miles, around 2 hours. Skips Bay Area traffic entirely, though it is the longest drive of the four.

About 25 minutes away. Single-vineyard Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, from a winery founded in 1978. The Five-Wine Tasting is $175 and runs 60 to 75 minutes. By appointment only, Tuesday to Saturday.

2:30 · Thomas George Estates

About 15 minutes away. Single-vineyard and single-block Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with wine caves, on Westside Road. The Estate Tasting with arancini is $40. Thursday to Monday.

4:00 · Back to Duchamp Healdsburg

About 20 minutes away. Back by 4:00 p.m., six hours after pickup.

Adds about an hour. Chalk Hill Chardonnay, Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Alexander Valley Cabernet from a winery founded in 1959. The Introductory Flight is $25. Thursday to Sunday; reservations highly recommended.
