About the Property
The Bungalows at Calistoga are three craftsman-style vacation rentals on Wappo Avenue, an easy stroll from the cafes, spas and restaurants of downtown Calistoga.
Each bungalow is a private home with its own porch, Wi-Fi, a kitchen or kitchenette, and air conditioning; Bungalow A has a king bed, a fireplace and a private yard, and sleeps up to four. Coffee and a bottle of wine are waiting when you arrive, and dogs up to 25 pounds are welcome for a fee.
It is also an easy place to start a wine tour. Picayune Cellars, Tank Garage Winery and LOLA Wines are all within about 5 minutes. We are based in Calistoga too.
Getting Here From the Airport
Sonoma County Airport (STS): about 19 miles, 35 minutes. The closest airport to The Bungalows at Calistoga, and the easiest arrival: a small airport in Santa Rosa with no Bay Area traffic on the drive. Direct flights come in from Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas and more.
Oakland (OAK): about 78 miles, 1 hour 45 minutes. Often a quieter airport than SFO.
San Francisco International (SFO): about 86 miles, 2 hours, and longer at busy times. The most flights, with a drive across the Bay Area.
Sacramento (SMF): about 91 miles, 2 hours. Skips Bay Area traffic entirely, though it is the longest drive of the four.
