Archer Hotel Napa is a 183-room boutique hotel on First Street in downtown Napa, the anchor of the First Street Napa redevelopment. Many rooms and suites have gas fireplaces, and its 39 suites have balconies.
Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar sits on a rooftop of more than 9,000 square feet with 360-degree views, next to the Rooftop Water Deck and its shallow reflecting pool. Breakfast is served downstairs daily, with Sunday brunch on the rooftop. The Rooftop Spa is temporarily on the second floor through spring 2027. Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome for a $150 fee.
It is also an easy place to start a wine tour. Trefethen Family Vineyards, Darioush and Signorello Estate are all within about 15 minutes, and Yountville is about 20 minutes north. We are based in Calistoga, at the north end of the valley.
Oakland (OAK): about 51 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes. The closest airport to Archer Hotel Napa, and often quieter than SFO.
Sonoma County Airport (STS): about 45 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes. Often the easiest arrival: a small airport in Santa Rosa with no Bay Area traffic on the drive. Direct flights come in from Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas and more.
San Francisco International (SFO): about 59 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes, and longer at busy times. The most flights, with a drive across the Bay Area.
Sacramento (SMF): about 64 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes. Skips Bay Area traffic entirely, though it is the longest drive of the four.
Flying private? We also meet guests at the FBOs at STS and Napa County Airport (APC). See our Sonoma County Airport car service page for more on flying into STS.
