About the Property

Inn on Randolph is a 19th-century estate in Napa's historic district, home to the Hannah Moore family for over 100 years. It has rooms in the main house plus five cottages, all with king beds.

A light breakfast is included, continental on weekends. Check-in is contactless after 3 p.m. with keypad access, and there is a complimentary private parking lot with its entrance on Laurel Street. There is no pool, the inn is for adults 18 and over, and pets are not allowed other than service dogs.

It is also an easy place to start a wine tour. Saintsbury, Trefethen Family Vineyards and Domaine Carneros are all within about 15 minutes, and Yountville is about 25 minutes north. We are based in Calistoga, at the north end of the valley.

Getting Here From the Airport

Oakland (OAK): about 51 miles, 1 hour 10 minutes. The closest airport to Inn on Randolph, and often quieter than SFO.

Sonoma County Airport (STS): about 45 miles, 1 hour 15 minutes. Often the easiest arrival: a small airport in Santa Rosa with no Bay Area traffic on the drive. Direct flights come in from Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas and more.

San Francisco International (SFO): about 59 miles, 1 hour 20 minutes, and longer at busy times. The most flights, with a drive across the Bay Area.

Sacramento (SMF): about 64 miles, 1 hour 25 minutes. Skips Bay Area traffic entirely, though it is the longest drive of the four.

Flying private? We also meet guests at the FBOs at STS and Napa County Airport (APC). See our Sonoma County Airport car service page for more on flying into STS.
