About the Winery

Keatley Wines is the Healdsburg label of Dave and Danielle Keatley. Dave came west after McGill University, worked harvest in Napa Valley and spent the next 12 years making wine in Napa and Sonoma, and he was the winemaker at Flowers on the Sonoma Coast when he met Danielle. Danielle grew up in northwestern Connecticut and in Provence, where she learned to love cooking.

The couple work with distinctive vineyards around California and embrace natural winemaking. Sources include Alder Springs Vineyard in the hills above Laytonville in Mendocino County, and three high sites in El Dorado County: Witters Vineyard, one of the highest Gamay plantings in California at over 3,300 feet; Barsotti Vineyard; and Camino Alto, planted in 1988. The spring 2026 release included a Chillable Red El Dorado Gamay Noir, Alder Springs Arvine and Cabernet Franc, Camino Alto Chenin Blanc and Witters Gamay Noir, from $30 to $38.

There is no tasting room, and Keatley does not receive visitors. Wines are sold online, with two club releases a year and a mailing list. The day below stays around Healdsburg, at three estates that do host.

Tasting Fees

Keatley Wines does not offer tastings.

On the day below, tastings are $50 at Ramey, $55 at Gary Farrell and $30 at Seghesio, paid directly to each winery.

Tasting fees as of October 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
