About the Winery

Holly Jean Wines is a small, female-owned label crafted in Napa Valley. The founder describes it as a dream that started with a passion for wine and is now bottled, and the label aims to build a community around good wine and good company. The website does not name its owner or winemaker.

There are three wines. The 2023 Instigator Zinfandel is a Napa Zinfandel blend showing the influence of the Oak Knoll District, aged 16 months in 30% new French oak. The 2024 Foxy Roxy Rosé is a saignée rosé of 100% estate-grown Carneros Pinot Noir, made in stainless steel. The 2023 Rebel Rouge is a Petite Sirah from Rutherford, Oak Knoll, Pope Valley and St. Helena fruit.

The wines are sold through the website's shop, and newsletter subscribers hear first about releases and events. There is no tasting room, so Holly Jean does not receive visitors. The day below follows the wines, from Carneros Pinot Noir to estate Zinfandel and Petite Sirah in the Oak Knoll District.

Tasting Fees

Holly Jean does not offer tastings. On the day below, expect about $140 per person: $45 at Bouchaine, $50 at Hendry and $45 at Materra.

Tasting fees as of October 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
