Ca' Momi is the work of Italian-born owners who brought their winemaking experience to Napa Valley in the late 1990s. Napa Valley Vintners lists the founders as Valentina Guolo-Migotto, Dario De Conti and Stefano Migotto, who started the winery together in 2006. The idea was Italian table culture: wine as part of every meal, with no right or wrong bottle. The winery calls its approach 'heartcrafted'.
Its estate vineyards are in the Los Carneros AVA. The Crescendo vineyard was first planted to Pinot Noir in 1974, and the winery calls it home to the oldest continuously producing vines in Carneros. The Cercando vineyard, a mile to the north, grows Pinot Noir, Merlot and Chardonnay, and both are farmed with organic practices. The lineup runs from Rosso di Napa and Ca' Secco sparkling wine to Cabernet and Merlot.
Ca' Momi is widely sold in stores, and its office is in the Napa Valley Corporate Park, but the winery's website does not list tastings, hours or a visit page. Its wines are easiest to find at retailers. The day below takes you instead to three estates around Napa that host guests, from a women-owned urban winery to a cave in Soda Canyon and a hillside estate under the Stags Leap Palisades.
Ca' Momi does not offer tastings.
Tasting fees as of September 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
