About the Property
Bodega Harbor Inn is a 16-room inn in the center of Bodega Bay, on the bluffs overlooking the harbor and the Bodega Headlands. Rooms range from small queens to large kings with decks and views, a room in a renovated water tower, and two-bedroom suites, and the inn also rents vacation homes.
Dogs are welcome in designated rooms for $30 per pet per night, and are allowed in the courtyard and on the decks.
It is also an easy place to start a wine tour. Sonoma Coast Vineyards is about 5 minutes away, and Black Kite Cellars in Freestone is about 20. We are based in Calistoga, in neighboring Napa Valley.
Getting Here From the Airport
Sonoma County Airport (STS): about 27 miles, 55 minutes. The closest airport to Bodega Harbor Inn, and the easiest arrival: a small airport in Santa Rosa with no Bay Area traffic on the drive. Direct flights come in from Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas and more.
Oakland (OAK): about 79 miles, 2 hours. Often a quieter airport than SFO.
San Francisco International (SFO): about 80 miles, 2 hours 5 minutes, and longer at busy times. The most flights, with a drive across the Bay Area.

About 25 minutes away. Cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, poured on a terrace over Bodega Bay, a few minutes from the inn. The Taste of the Coast, four current releases, is $35. Open daily 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; walk-ins as space allows.
