About the Winery

Jessup Cellars says it opened as the first tasting room in Yountville, and for more than two decades guests have kept coming back. The winery was founded by a group of families: Dan and Becky Blue, Roy and Cheri Eisiminger, Vance and Jana Thompson, Jim and Kelly Mazzo, Kerry and Cindi Solomon, and Eric and Marleen Donnenfeld.

The wines celebrate the art of the blend, sourced from appellations across Napa Valley, and winemaker Andrew Wright blends them with intention. The tasting room, a block north of The French Laundry in the Yountville AVA, doubles as a gallery with rotating shows by regional and national artists, curated by Julie Eppich of Eppich Arts. Jessup is Napa Green certified.

You can taste at the wine bar without a reservation, or sit down for a hosted tasting in the gallery among the art. The Wine & Cheese Pairing matches a curated flight with artisan cheeses and includes time in the gallery. Jessup also hosts music, film and art events through the year.

Tasting Fees

$30 for a walk-in flight of three wines at the bar (10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and $60 for the seated Wine & Cheese Pairing, 45 to 60 minutes.

Tasting fees as of September 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
