A family Cabernet Sauvignon made by Joe Wagner from vines George Domínguez tended at home, shared with family and friends. Casa Domínguez does not receive visitors; here is what to know, and a day at sought-after estates nearby that do host.
Book a Six-Hour Wine Tour
Casa Domínguez was created by George Domínguez's family to carry on his legacy. George tended Cabernet Sauvignon vines on the land around the family home and dreamed of sharing their fruit under his own label; he did not live to see it, and his family made the wine in his honor.
The inaugural release is the 2022 Casa Domínguez Cabernet Sauvignon, made by Joe Wagner in his signature style. The family describes it as powerful and balanced, with ripe tannins and rich, dark fruit.
The wine is offered only to a select group of family and friends, and anyone interested can contact Jessica at the winery's email address. There is no tasting room, so Casa Domínguez does not receive visitors. The day below includes Quilt & Co., Joe Wagner's tasting room on Main Street in Napa, and two family estates on the Silverado Trail.
Casa Domínguez does not offer tastings. On the day below, expect about $155 per person: $50 at James Cole, $50 at Reynolds Family and $55 at Quilt & Co.
Tasting fees as of October 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
