Book a Six-Hour Wine Tour
Broadway Vineyards began in 2002, when Jim and Marilyn Hybiske bought a property just two miles south of the historic Sonoma Plaza. Six of their wine-loving friends joined them to plant a small vineyard and make wine for family and friends. Work on the vineyard started in the spring of 2004, and the first harvest came in 2006. As the wines found a following, the partners decided to share them with the public.
The vineyard sits in the northwest corner of the Carneros appellation, where warm days and cool air off San Pablo Bay suit cool-climate varieties. The estate grows Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah, made into small lots by winemaker Philippe Langner, who began his career at Chateau Clarke, a Rothschild property in Bordeaux. The lineup also includes a Rosé and Marilyn's Block, a red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with estate Syrah and Merlot.
Visits are limited tastings, strictly by appointment, in a small tasting room on the property. We confirm current details when we book.
Broadway Vineyards does not publish its tasting fee. The fee is confirmed when we book.
Tasting fees as of October 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
