About the Winery
JCB is the personal collection of Jean-Charles Boisset, who grew up in a Burgundy wine family and was named Wine Enthusiast's 2024 Person of the Year. His Boisset Collection also owns Raymond Vineyards. The JCB salon in Yountville closed after its lease ended, and the company has said it plans a permanent JCB home in Rutherford.
For now, JCB St. Helena on Main Street is the place to taste. The room is pure theater: Baccarat chandeliers, red velvet banquettes, original art and reworked classical pieces. Wines are poured in Boisset's Passion Collection stemware, made by Baccarat, and the shop sells homeware, fragrance and jewelry alongside the wine.
A host walks you through the flights: Napa wines beside Burgundy from Jean-Charles' home region, a sparkling flight, and a Napa Premium flight of bold reds. Cheese, charcuterie or JCB caviar can be added, and wines are also poured by the glass and bottle. Guests who like a bit of glamour in their day enjoy it.

$60 for the Taste of JCB flight of Napa and Burgundy wines. $70 for the Sparkling Flight. $95 for the Napa Premium Flight. The Burgundy Flight is customized and priced with your host. Durations are not published.

About 5 minutes away. A St. Helena estate on Highway 29 whose visit leads into marble-lined caves for tastes drawn straight from the barrel. The Cave Experience and Barrel Tasting is $120 plus tax; the length is not published, so we allow about 75 minutes. By reservation; closed Wednesday.

About 15 minutes away. A family winery on Highway 29 south of St. Helena, where the Floralis Experience is poured in the Bloom Cave and ends with the flagship Trilogy blend.
