Dry Creek Valley · Sonoma County
A family winery on the Lytton Springs bench, named for two daughters, where tastings are by appointment with the people who grow the grapes, and a suggested six-hour day of tasting around it.
Book a Six-Hour Wine Tour
Winemaking has been the family's pride and livelihood for more than 100 years, beginning with the proprietor's grandfather in Italy and continuing today with the daughters who give the winery its name, Monica and Claire. The family counts five generations in wine, and they own and run MoniClaire themselves.
The vineyard is on bench land in Dry Creek Valley near Healdsburg, farmed in the Italian tradition with head-pruned vines. Everything is estate grown: Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Sauvignon Blanc, made by hand to show both the land and the family's own style.
This is a small, personal visit rather than a tasting room, so we set it up ahead with the family. Above the winery there is also a guest suite, the "Luxe Barn-Stay," for guests who want to wake up in the vineyard.
Tasting fees to be verified upon reservation.
Tasting fees as of September 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
