About the Winery

Guerrero Fernandez Winery is a small winery on Bell Road, on the Chalk Hill side of Windsor. It makes what it calls handcrafted wines created with passion and love: a range of blends and single varietals, aged an average of 36 months in French oak, with soft tannins and a smooth finish.

The tasting list reaches across Sonoma County and beyond. Recent releases include Daisy, a Sauvignon Blanc, and Bella Rose, a Merlot. Gratitude is an Alexander Valley blend of all five Bordeaux red varieties, and there is an Old Vine Zinfandel from a Russian River vineyard planted in 1900 and a Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. A library list goes back to a 2004 Dry Creek Zinfandel, which is unusual for a winery this size.

Tastings are relaxed, with outdoor seating, and the winery recommends appointments while still trying to accommodate guests who arrive. It is a good stop for anyone who likes older vintages and a personal welcome. We confirm current details when we book.

Tasting Fees

$25 per person for the Tasting Flight of at least five wines. One fee is waived with each bottle purchase of $40 or more, and tastings are complimentary for wine club members. We confirm the current price when we book.

Tasting fees as of October 2026. Wineries set and collect their own fees, and they change from time to time.
