10:00 · Pickup at your rental
Your chauffeur meets you at the front door. The day below starts in Guerneville and fits a six-hour tour; extra time can be added by the hour, and your chauffeur adjusts the drive times to where your rental is.
10:15 · Hartford Family Winery
About 15 minutes away. Single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and old-vine Zinfandel from a family estate in the redwoods near Forestville. The Vineyard Exploration, five single-vineyard wines on the patio, is $60.
11:45 · Lunch at Willow Wood Market Cafe
About 10 minutes away. A café, soda fountain and general store at the center of Graton since 1995, serving down-home comfort food. Lunch from 11:30 a.m. Prefer a picnic? We can arrange a catered picnic at a winery that allows one; the cost is quoted when you book.
12:50 · Russian River Vineyards
About 5 minutes away. Library tastings on a historic Forestville winery property. The Wine Tasting Flight is $20 to $30. Open from 11:30 a.m.; reservations recommended.
2:25 · Gary Farrell Winery
About 15 minutes away. Single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a hilltop winery on Westside Road. The Discovery Tasting is $55 and runs about 90 minutes, outdoors.
4:00 · Back to your rental
About 15 minutes away. Back by 4:00 p.m., six hours after pickup.
Optional: Equality Vines
Adds about an hour. The cause wine label co-founded by Jim Obergefell, on Main Street in Guerneville. A tasting of five wines is $35. Open Friday to Sunday from 1 p.m.
